There are four primary steps involved in obtaining a mortgage loan.

Step two: complete a pre-qualification

This is where Bonnie Andrews can start to save you money. You will supply info on your current job, your assets, and residence history. You'll supply your employment, asset, and residence history information. We will pull get your credit report and score (with your permission. After we have reviewed all this information we provide a pre-qualification letter. Be careful with this letter — it can be a great tool for buying your new home! With this letter, your real estate agent will negotiate the best deal for your new home. While you're shopping for a new home with your REALTOR™, we find the best program for you.

Step three: apply now! We make it easy

Once you've made an offer and it's been accepted, it's time to complete the loan application. It's very easy, and you can do it online, right here on our site. After the seller has accepted your offer and you have submitted your loan application, we will order a professional appraisal on the home.

Step four: funding

Your REALTOR® and the seller's will work together to find an escrow/title company to handle the funding of your loan. We'll work with this company to ensure the papers your lender requires are available, and you'll probably}likely sign all these papers at their officeWe do all the work to coordinate with this company on your date of closing. Because you don't need to coordinate this process, you get to concentrate on moving, painting, carpet, and all the details of moving into your new house.
